JPA Award Letter 2012 (PDF)

The JPA is intended for the use of public higher education institutions in the state of Alabama for technology-related purchasing of goods and services. The Committee (made up of IT professionals at participating public institutions of higher education in Alabama) may choose to renew it for up to 2 more 1-year-periods.

Update, 1/9/12: Effective January 1, 2012, we are required by state law (HB 56, called the Hammon-Beason Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act) to obtain an affidavit of immigration compliance from all vendors. The required forms are below.
