| Clayton College of Natural Health Complaints - update May 13th, 2011:
Former students of Clayton College of Natural Health with questions, concerns or complaints regarding the closing of the school may contact the Alabama Attorney General’s Office by completing an on-line consumer complaint form. The consumer complaint form can be located by going to the following website, www.ago.state.al.us and clicking on File a Consumer Complaint in the left side column of the homepage. The Alabama Attorney General’s office is working in conjunction with the Alabama Department of Postsecondary Education and is doing everything within its power to fully investigate CCNH.
Clayton College of Natural Health has provided the Alabama Department of Postsecondary Education with official transcripts; TRANSCRIPTS FOR STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE TEACH OUT PLAN HAVE NOW BEEN PROVIDED.
To request a transcript for CCNH, please complete a CCNH transcript request form, which can be obtained through the following link, and mail it with a $10 money order for a search fee to:

The Private School Licensing Division is a part of the Alabama Department of Postsecondary Education and as such, its records are public and subject to inspection within the bounds of the Open Records Law.
